Dr. Pramod Kumar is Director and HOD, Cardiology in Jay Prabha Medanta Super Speciality Hospital, Patna. He completed his MD from RIMS, Ranchi and DM, Cardiology from GB Pant Hospital, Delhi. He has over 29 years of experience and holds expertise in transradial intervention, pacemaker implantation, primary angioplasty in acute heart attack and heart failure management. He received the Best Case Award at the prestigious TCT conference in San Francisco, USA in 2009. He also received Times – Personality of the Year award in 2014, and Bihar Lifetime Achievement award by The Cardiological Society of India in 2019.
