About
Dr Shreyash Gajjar always aspired to be a doctor. During medical training, he developed interest in Orthopaedic surgery & because of his keen interest & participation in sports he decided to pursue further sub-specialization in Sports Medicine & Sports Orthopaedic Surgery.
He strongly believes that in the modern day, patients irrespective of age, gender or activity level should be counseled & offered the best available treatment to enable them to regain their function. He is passionate about his work & is regularly updating his knowledge & skills to help deliver the best available evidence based healthcare to his patients.
Awards
- Dr. Shreyash M. Gajjar is an invited Reviewer for the prestigious international journals - The American Journal of Sports Medicine (AJSM) and Journal of Arthroscopic & Related Surgery (USA). He is also the Ex-Editor of the Indian Arthroscopy Society.
- He is member in good-standing of Indian Arthroscopy Society (IAS), Shoulder & Elbow Society of India (SESI), International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA) and Bombay Orthopaedic Society (BOS).
- He has been faculty on Arthroscopy courses/meetings and contributed in Numerous International and National Presentations & Publications.
- He has been awarded Fellowships in General Surgery (FRCSEd) and Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery (FRCSEd - Tr. & Orth.) by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK.
